Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Supervisor

**Salary: $90,000-$105,000**

Responsibilities:

+ Lead manufacturing employees and assist with manufacturing various products following protocols

+ Develop production and resource plans that meet operational goals (safety, quality, output)

+ Ensures proper staff training

+ Drive a culture of Safety in a Chemical Manufacturing Environment

+ Adhere to strict cGMP/GDP guidelines

+ Oversees the execution of chemical reactions

+ Supervises the execution of isolations and purifications of products and intermediates

+ Analyzes and interprets operational data

+ Review manufacturing documentation

+ Supervises the execution of batches - monitors timelines, raw materials, equipment availability and yields

+ Writes and reviews SOPs, Work instructions, and on-the-job training modules

Requirements:

+ Bachelor of Science degree with 2 years' experience in chemical or pharma manufacturing

+ Experience leading teams in complex manufacturing environments

+ Must be able to juggle multiple projects

+ Change management experience

+ Expert knowledge of cGMP, manufacturing skills (equipment usage, terminology, etc.) and general manufacturing techniques (i.e. extractions)

+ Open to experience form chemical, engineering, or manufacturing environments

+ Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to understand and interpret analytical data for use in trending and for investigative purposes

+ Drive performance

+ Passion for customers

+ Works collaboratively

Rotating 2-2-3 schedule - overnights 6pm-6am

+ This person will work 70+ less days per year compared to normal schedules!
