Welding Engineer

A Welding Engineer job in Green Bay is available through Accelerate Talent Group. Our Client is looking for a degreed Engineer with 5-10 years of experience within continuous improvement and welding. They offer a great benefits package, an onsite clinic, a 401k with immediate vesting. The salary for this role is between $70,000 to $80,000 with bonus potential as well.

Welding job responsibilities include:

??? A focus on Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, and Lean initiatives

??? Documentation of welding standards and best practices, and to assist in training

??? Root Cause Analysis

??? Conducting time studies to increase production quality and productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

??? B.S or A.S in Engineering and 5 years of progressive engineering experience.

??? 5-10 years of Welding experience

??? Experience in a heavy regulated industry

??? Six Sigma or Lean training desired
