MANAGER, DEMAND & TALENT

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This new role will be involved with this agenda on educating our teams on our latest brand thinking and on promoting our new offer to the market.

As part of the Brand Guidance Domain in North America, the Manager, Demand & Talent will support in the goal towards ensuring that clients are excited to work with Kantar. Ensure that Kantar is an agency of choice that appears on all pitch lists. Key stakeholders to this role are Marketing, Regional Markets (Client Leads, New business), Clients, and Account Directors.

Support in driving awareness, interest and demand in the transformed Brand Guidance portfolio and ensure that Kantar's talent is delivering a new, higher impact client experience:

DEMAND GENERATION:

- Opportunity analysis and strategy to contact the different customer segments. Work with the regional teams to help drive local activation. Creating thought leadership such as blogs, video, webinars, and other content and publish it both internally (e.g., Workplace) and externally (e.g., LinkedIn). Promote our products to create buzz and establish customer preference. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with Marketing to build the pipeline and mature existing opportunities; this includes campaign strategy, campaign objectives, and validation. Provide and write a significant amount of the marketing campaign content.

TALENT BUILDING:

- Creating valuable, educational content that can be both shared directly with clients and can be used by client service/ new biz teams. Adapt global training content, for example the global Brand Equity Academy, to the needs of the North American market. Identify need for further talent building initiatives, generate new learning content and run training programs, for example through North America's E-learning platform. Identify and develop Brand Guidance Champions in each office. Plan and execute weekly Brand Guidance Champions calls and contribute to the global Community calls.

Performance will be measured on:

- Increase in number of pitches
- Marketing lead and conversion metrics
- Number of internal training registrations and completes
- Number of client webinar registrations, show rate and evaluation
- Training evaluation survey
- Number of blog posts and content engagement
- Increase in solution confidence survey metrics

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Ideally, from one of the leading research companies with 3-5 years of experience in client servicing or sales

CAPABILITIES

- Should have a strong commercial outlook with a brand & marketing orientation
- Ability to create strong marketing content
- Has strong personal presentational skills
- Experience with generating thought leadership content
- Ability to operate in a multi-layered international matrix organisation and drive success through others across diverse business cultures
- Very strong written & verbal communications skills
