Personal Care Resident Assistant (PCA)

No previous experience is required, as we provide you with all the necessary training and resources to be successful. Full Time and Part Time positions available. Flexible schedules with a variety of hours.

Currently seeking caring, compassionate, reliable, motivated staff to join our team in Hermantown/Duluth, MN (We have 2 locations: Haines Road near Miller Mall or Junction Ave near UMD & St Scholastica)

What you will do: You will assist with activities of daily living, ensure that residents receive proper medication, assist with personal cares, prepare meals, and any other necessary job duties to meet the needs and improve the quality of life for the individuals we serve. Our goal is to support our residents' desire to live an independent lifestyle!

You're qualified for this position if: You have effective verbal and written English communication skills, the ability to problem solve, the ability to perform job functions with little supervision, a sense of caring and the desire to make a difference, and can pass a criminal background check.
