CorTech Staffing is seeking an Assistant Cook for a Janesville, WI food production company.
2nd Shift : 1:30pm-done {8-10 hour shifts}
$18.00/hr.
Temp-to-Hire
Duties and responsibilities
??? Review production papers for next-day production.
??? Do inventory when needed.
??? Obtain ingredients for the next day production.
??? Make sure ingredients are used and rotated using the first-in/first-out system.
??? Complete Batching paperwork ensuring lot numbers and item numbers are correct.
??? Conduct batching sanitation report and file report to supervisor.
??? Fill out discard sheets and file with the supervisor.
??? Clean and inspect the batching room after batching the soup.
??? Return ingredients to the proper location.
