Job Details

• Responsible for the technical leadership of the property accounting team.
• Ensures sound judgement is used and adherence to standard practices and procedures are

met through direct supervision and leadership of team.

• Advises team on non-standard or non-routine requirements
• Provides regular training and coaching to staff for optimal performance and accuracy
• Ensures accurate and timely reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual data, forecasts,

reports, compliance and general information. Provides in-depth financial analysis and

financial projects as needed

• Leads and directs Cash Flow Planning and Management for organization with guidance

from CFO.

• Provides advisement to management and ownership on fiscal decisions, impacts, and

procedures.

• Monitors operating budgets and expenditures.
• Responsible for the development of policies, controls, systems, financial studies of matters

of importance. Leads compliance management for vendors and third-party providers.

• Coordinates and collaborates with external and third-party accounting firms for tax and

Other Financial Reporting Needs Or Requirements.

• Maintains a high degree of confidentiality

Required

Bachelor's in Accounting

3+ years of Hotel Accounting experience
