Assistant Print Design Project Manager

Position Responsibilities
Ensure print projects remain on schedule throughout the design process.
Execute approval of print projects by prepping memos, scheduling reviews and communicating with internal stakeholders and outside vendors.
Maintain communication with all departments / clients and provide prompt answers to requests.
Ensure project management system used for documenting and tracking projects is up to date and accurate.
Perform a variety of reporting.
Prepare memos and mockups for creative review with the President.
Minimum Requirements
Associate degree in Communications, Marketing or Fine Arts. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2 to 4 years in a marketing or project management role.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Adobe Creative Suite skills a plus.
