Finance Manager - Must Be Willing To Be Onsite!

Description:

??Provides advanced financial support through experience and consistently demonstrated knowledge in preparing, reviewing, explaining and communicating financial data to management. ??Maintains and compiles data for the preparation of operating reviews. ??Responsible for an accurate and timely month end close and related internal controls. ??Partners with business or process managers and makes recommendations to continuously improve strategies and drive business results. ??Prepares and consolidates business plans, annual operating plan and all additional periodic forecasts requested by business leaders. ??Works with business to develop capital plan and coordinate related fixed asset activity. ??Analyze and monitor key performance metrics to ensure achievement of annual operation plan and optimization of financial results. ??Leads direct reports in regular cost accounting activities as well as annual standard cost update. ??Implements processes and controls to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate accounting standards/policies. ??Leads projects in targeted improvement areas.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

??Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; advanced degree or certification preferred. ??5+ years of experience; preferably in manufacturing organization. ??High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office; Hyperion and ERP system (preferably Oracle) preferred. ??Capable of analyzing complex and abstract data and reaching conclusions without continued guidance or direction from others. ??Self-starter and able to meet duties and responsibilities with minimum supervision. ??Excellent written and verbal communication skills
