The Commercial Digital Process Leader is responsible for leading highly visible, complex, cross functional digital projects and programs that impact GE
Healthcare Ultrasound customers. The leader will help define, improve, manage, and ultimately own all aspects of digital delivery, including digital catalog
creation process, subscription and SaaS processes, entitlement, and software delivery for Ultrasound. The Commercial Digital Process Leader will engage
with all Ultrasound segments, Edison, and other functions, to deliver results.

The GEHC Ultrasound business consists of ultrasound consoles, handheld ultrasound devices, and ultrasound digital solutions across 6 different market
segments. As customers' needs for more and consistent digital solutions continue to grow, the market for digital ultrasound solutions advances. Our
mission with Ultrasound Digital Solutions is to develop a seamlessly connected world of devices and software that creates additional value to end users
and customers beyond devices alone. Solutions will connect clinicians, increase user confidence, improve efficiency, and provide affordable cloud
solutions across customers segments and demographics. We are looking for a leader with experience in program management to lead a team responsible
for delivering larger, more complex, digital programs.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Define, improve, manage, and own all aspects of digital delivery processes, including digital catalog creation process, subscription and SaaS processes, entitlement processes, and software delivery processes for Ultrasound
  • Define the processes for how devices onboard to utilizing digital solutions from order, to entitlement & delivery
  • Be the Ultrasound central point of contact for GEHC SaaS and other digital initiatives to coordinate actions and projects across the Ultrasound SBU
  • Work with the digital solutions product managers to ensure digital commercial processes align with product needs and requirements
  • In collaboration with others, manage governance, processes improvement, and standards development to improve overall efficiency of all commercial digital processes
  • Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executives
  • Work with global teams, often comprised of members of across ultrasound and enterprise partners

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
  • 8+ years of technical & professional experience in engineering, manufacturing processes, or lean, and leading cross functional initiatives, and/or large, complex global projects (OR Master's degree with 6 years of experience)

Desired Characteristics

  • Prior experience in managing programs including regulated devices and/or large-scale SaaS applications.
  • Awareness or experience with GEHC commercial processes, tools, and systems
  • Candidate must have great communication skills and work well in an open, collaborative, dynamic team environment.
  • Proven experience using project management methodologies to drive new product development programs and solutions in a regulated industry
  • PMP, or related Project Management certifications
  • Experience with design requirements, flow-down, verification & validation, and traceability
  • Awareness of software design principals, cybersecurity principals, cloud development, mobile application development, edge computing, and medical device interconnectivity technologies
  • Understands Medical Device Software Design Principals, requirements for meeting various country regulatory clearances, and demonstrates awareness of industry dynamics
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals
