Communications Operator

Kelly is partnering with a local healthcare company in **Rapid City, SD** and are looking for **Communications Operators** !! This is a **temp-to-hire position with the goal of permanent** hire, based on performance and attendance.

**Multple shifts available:** 1 st (7am-4pm) 2 nd (3pm-11am) 3 rd (11pm-7am) Sunday-Thursday OR Monday-Friday with Rotating Weekends

**Wage** : $15.50

**Location:** Rapid City, SD

**Responsibilities:**

+ Screen and route phone calls to appropriate destination.

+ Monitor and dispatch appropriate personnel.

+ Operate pocket paging and alarm systems.

+ Knowledge and understanding of all security procedures.

**Qualifications:**

+ Proficient with navigating multiple computer programs and screens.

+ High school diploma.

+ Excellent critical thinking skills.

+ Ability to multitask and ability to adapt to changing situations.
