POWER Engineers, Inc. - Facilities Business Unit is growing and we are actively seeking a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for project and client management within our Facilities Division; they should have strong lead engineering, client relations, and project management skills to find, win, and successfully complete projects.

Job Summary
POWER Engineers, Inc. - Facilities Business Unit is growing and we are actively seeking a Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for project and client management within our Facilities Division; they should have strong lead engineering, client relations, and project management skills to find, win, and successfully complete projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Technical skills to lead and optimize the project deliverables; leading, coaching, and/or mentoring our internal design team as required by the project needs
- Support and communication with our internal design teams, external design resources as needed, and our client engineering team to ensure our design efforts are coordinated to provide the correct level of engineering to meet or exceed clients' expectations while staying within our project budgets.
- Communication and relationship growth with an ever-broadening client base, including the development of new clients and projects. The ideal client could grow into a Project Manager role while actively leading our design teams on projects
- Ability to work with our clients, their contractors, and suppliers and our existing technical staff of Engineers and Architects to safely complete and deliver successful projects that meet or exceed the client expectations while providing a profitable result for POWER Engineers
- Other duties as assigned
- Portfolio of work representing a successful project management role across a variety of project types, sizes, and complexities with some project work involving food production facilities
- The applicant must be able to work successfully in a customer-focused, project-oriented environment and have very supportive skills in making sure teammates are able to succeed within the guidelines and direction provided during project execution
- Strong command of the English language with good written and oral communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong negotiation and contract knowledge
- Willing to travel approximately 30% of your time
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field from an accredited curriculum
- 10+ years of professional experience in Engineering and Project Management
- Successfully demonstrated Client Management experience
- Food processing and/or packaging experience
