Field Service Engineer (No Travel)

Description:

Highly skilled hands on troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems

Installation, preventative maintenance, corrections and repairs on large equipment

Read plumbing, electrical/mechanical schematics, and assembly part print drawings

Use a variety of handheld electronic and/or mechanical test equipment and tools

Working with automation, process equipment, and motion control.

Provide improvements for system reliability.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Associates (A.S) degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering. Bachelors (B.S) Degree preferred

3+ years of experience with hands on troubleshooting on mechanical and/ or electrical equipment

Experience with reaching electrical/mechanical schematics and drawings and assembly drawings

Experience with mechanical/electrical handheld tools such as multimeters, attention gauges, IR cameras, testing equipment, etc.

Preferred experience with Automation, motion control, process equipment, systems, etc.
