Building Maintenance

Our Lakeville, MN branch is looking for Building Maintenance personnel to help run and maintain this state of the art facility and keep the high standards that are currently in place. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a positive working environment this is your chance!

Job Duties:

* Evaluate, repair and maintain facility and grounds (interior and exterior).
* Communicate with Branch Manager about any work that requires outside expert assistance.
* Keep building in clean and orderly condition by performing cleaning duties.
* Gather and empty trash.
* Service, clean and supply restrooms.
* Receive and respond to reports of maintenance issues on premises.
* Maintain fire, carbon monoxide, smoke and other safety systems within the structure.
* Use computer to enter records
* Picks up and delivers trucks to customer sites (when needed)
* Desired Qualities/Skills:

* Working experience in a maintenance focused position
* Working experience as a delivery driver
* Position Requirements

* High school diploma/GED required
* Must have valid drivers license
* Good knowledge of the area, and ability to read maps and follow specific directions
* Ability to climb heights, lift up to 60 lbs and climb onto ladders
