Certified Pharmacy Technician - Competitive, Weekly Pay!!

One of our major clients in the Minneapolis area is currently seeking Certified Pharmacy Technicians. These are full time positions in a closed-door long term care pharmacy setting. The Certified Pharmacy Technician is responsible for accurate data entry of prescription orders and excellent customer service while maintaining an exceptional level of professionalism and customer service standards.

Certified Pharmacy Technician Description:
* Interpret prescription orders and enter data accurately and timely

* Be knowledgeable of prescription products and availability.

* Communicate complete and precise information to internal and external customers about all prescription products and their uses.

* Proper handling of routine inquiries on multiple products from members, providers, pharmacies, and employer groups

* Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

* Maintain record of correspondence; recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments, as well as actions taken

* Achieve individual performance goals for productivity and quality

Certified Pharmacy Technician Qualifications:
* Registered or Certified Pharmacy Technician, Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) Preferred

* A knowledgeable individual with appropriate industry experience

* Ability to independently identify, research, resolve or escalate issues

* Effective verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

* A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work with minimal amount of supervision

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
