Training Manager

On behalf of a company with a home repair software platform, Skills Pipeline is looking for a Senior Software Engineer.

This role helps customers realize business value through the adoption of the software and services. This role is also responsible for training materials and the onboarding process for both internal and external training.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Instructional design skills to create a training curriculum (exercises, agendas, facilitator guides, etc.)
• Create learning resources such as videos, job aids, help articles, etc.
• Provide software application training using a variety of delivery methods including web-based and on-site training
• Work with account management and sales team in coordinating new and existing customer implementations
• Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and assist with developing training materials for implementation
• Develop working relationships with the Sales and Account teams to utilize product knowledge and establish customer relationships in support of sales effort

Job Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design/training experience
• Skilled in Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, etc.
• Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Hardworking, dependable, punctual, and reliable
• Ability to work independently or as a team member
• Exhibits enthusiasm, integrity, reliability, and respect for diversity
• Is creative and possesses excellent problem-solving skills
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients
• Possess a positive attitude and an ability to meet customer requirements
• Strong organizational and preparation skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Occasional travel
