The Program Manager is responsible for the portfolio management for all client implementations. This includes Agile practice adherence, MBO auditing/reporting, product execution status and risk escalation, roster and hiring management support. Resource management, Resource Quarterly Forecasting, Financial Management-Budget Actuals/Forecast tracking, and Planview maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management Client Implementations
  • Agile Transformation - Scrum Team Guidance
  • Status Reporting - Gathering weekly status from the Client Delivery Lead for each implementation and consolidate into an overall report for senior leadership review
  • Planview support and maintenance - Management and Configuration
  • MBO Tracking eporting - Making sure teams Rally projects are properly configured for accurate MBO Reporting
  • Resource Management - Resource forecasting 2+2
  • Financial Management - Budget ActualsForecast Tracking
  • Ability to thrive in ever changing environment
  • Anticipation of customer needs and risk mitigation

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in Information Technology
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • 3+ years of Agile experience
  • 2+ years of Program Management experience
  • Experience communicating with senior-level leadership
  • Implementation experience on a modern Cloud platform

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Proficient with MS Excel (advanced or expert level)
  • PMP certification
  • SAFe, LeSS or other Agile certifications
  • Financial management and responsibility of budgets
  • Healthcare background
  • Great communication skills

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $94,500 to $171,700. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $94,500 to $171,700. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
