This Payroll Specialist position requires candidates to:

Provide excellent customer service to related payroll and attendance activity

Process high volume payroll transactions for multi-state payroll in an efficient manner

Calculate and process manual checks, garnishments, unemployment, PTO, bonuses and more.

Process payments for tax liabilities

File documents (both hard copies and electronic documents)

Assist with any other department processing

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the Payroll Specialist position:

Must be accurate

Must have the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential material

Ability to function in a fast-paced setting with multiple requests and deadlines

Must have two years of experience working in a complex office environment

Must have strong data entry skills

This position pays $19-20 an hour, depending on experience. We are currently hiring for Monday through Friday AM shift!
