YOUR ROLE

  • The Kenra Professional Associate Key Account Manager is responsible for managing administrative tasks and aiding in the creation of action plans to exceed customer and company goals.
  • The Key Account Management team facilitates successful teamwork and communication between all internal departments, including integrated marketing, business intelligence, supply chain, product development and field sales.
  • The Key Account department is responsible for all new product launch execution planning, promotional planning, and customer management.
  • A successful team member will set the example for outstanding communication and organization skills.
  • The position will require a highly detail oriented person that has the ability to be agile.
  • Aid in developing sales plans that meet or exceed growth targets
  • Accurately create and communicate all new item setup information to customer contacts
  • Assist Key Account Managers on approving credit reimbursements and budget tracking
  • Assist Key Account Managers on approving and tracking weekly customer orders
  • Create monthly order forms, updating internal sites, and sending samples for all customers
  • Help prepare for key customer meetings including slide preparation and presentation on key objectives and communicate directly to customers as needed
  • Aid in the layout, design, and execution of planograms across customers
  • Ensure the most up-to-date marketing materials are being utilized by customers


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelors degree with a concentration on marketing, sales, business administration or similar field.
  • 1-3 years of Marketing/Sales experience (Beauty industry preferred)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, organized, and detail oriented
