YOUR ROLE

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and trainings, including working with technical colleagues to ensure A/V systems are scheduled and operational
  • Manage calendars and T&E reporting for attorneys
  • Manage monthly law firm billing reconciliation and conflict resolution
  • Conduct contract Archiving and Retrieval
  • Manage supplies for Stamford Legal group
  • Track and report attendance at training provided by attorneys and paralegals
  • Provide ad hoc support to attorneys and paralegals as needed. Upon general return to office of Henkel's Stamford, CT, personnel, this will be a full-time onsite role in the Stamford office, with up to 2 days per week telecommuting.


YOUR SKILLS

  • 8+ years' administrative experience, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm
  • Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Adobe Acrobat DC
  • Strong initiative
  • Excellent organizational skills, including ability to prioritize competing demands from multiple people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with peers
  • Acumen in learning new internal technical systems (e.g., purchasing, billing, contract management, T&E expense reporting)

The salary range for this role is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
