YOUR ROLE

  • Provide leadership for the development and implementation of quality systems for production and support functions to assure product excellence and compliance to all applicable regulatory requirements and safety standards.
  • Maintain quality compliance programs to ensure that the manufacturing and production processes meet the highest quality standards to ensure consumer safety and customer satisfaction of all product.
  • Provide leadership and technical expertise to minimize potential risks through CAPA management, change management, hygienic design, and other quality assurance processes.
  • Proactively identify potential quality risk areas and recommend and support the implementation of appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Drives excellence in quality practices and provides training support in quality systems.
  • Communicate regulatory compliance requirements and Henkel Quality Standards to Quality team, Site Managers, and Site Leadership Team.
  • Establish audit schedule and provide oversight for management of the site audit program with direct ownership of ISO 9001 requirements. Support development of appropriate corrective action plans and track implementation of corrective actions following audit(s).
  • Work with Regional Quality Management on alignment to ensure that regional programs and practices are consistent with broader Henkel strategies and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversight of Quality Control functions and laboratory equipment and responsible for management of all site laboratory technicians.


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology or other related discipline with 10 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must possess knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for leading and directing programs; including the ability to effectively communicate with regulatory agencies.
  • Must possess a working knowledge of regulatory requirements (i.e. FDA), ISO 9001, Risk Management, Training, and Auditing.
  • Ability to persevere in times of crisis and handle adverse circumstances effectively.
