The Business Intelligence Analyst will be part of the regional team and will be responsible for identifying opportunities, running analytics and produce actionable insights across the North American Beauty Professional organization. Strategic thinking, strong communication and working cross-functionally are paramount in this role.

YOUR ROLE

  • Assist in the expansion of Data and Analytics capabilities and tools.
  • Support with implementation of score carding or dashboards to standardize metrics and monitor them across businesses. Create consistent processes using devised metrics to assist formulation of joint business plans with customers.
  • Analyze business performance (distribution, displays, POS, promotion) in order to add value to each Henkel business. On ad-hoc basis, develop central knowledge point (e.g. FAQs) combining the respective information streams to enable solutions in anticipation of support requests.
  • Develop and steer the Key Customer CRM partnership, to drive insights and activations.
  • Partner with brands to develop planogram recommendations for key customers, shelf placement for NPD and trade standards (flow and segmentation principles). Complete sales analyses (product, manufacturer and category) on the impact of product shelf placement changes. Review manufacturer (Henkel and competitor) share of shelf in key accounts while making proposals for shelf optimization. Provide sales tools to field teams to assist selling the concepts into stores.
  • Support T2T agenda with top customers and any customer issues where a 'Henkel face' or communication towards customer is required.
  • Deliver regional ad hoc analysis/projects, data requests, and building sales related strategies across the organization.


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in business Administration, MBA Preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant roles/strategic thinking and planning preferably in CPG.
  • Detail oriented self-starter with strong results orientation, track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, identify key business needs, and recommend solutions.
  • Strong teamwork ability, operating successfully within cross-functions/cross-brand in managing multiple projects.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation communication skills to influence an audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform analytics by using excel and business visualization tools (i.e. Tableau/Power BI).
  • Innovative thinking to develop insight-based recommendations and implement strategies.
  • Experience working with customer specific POS data systems is a plus.
