YOUR ROLE

  • Henkel Beauty Care Hair Professional is seeking a Regional Team Project Coordinator to provide exceptional support for the Regional Executive Team.
  • Develop presentations using PowerPoint, Excel and Word for meetings, leadership correspondence, external channels
  • Write and distribute company communication with a focus on announcements, updates, and key initiatives
  • Work in collaboration with Human Resources on new hire onboarding, internship and employee engagement events and activities
  • Coordinate meetings, logistics, catering, and project-based work
  • Identify and resolve problems, and handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Produce correspondence, e-mail messages, memos, meeting minutes, strategic information, and other materials from typed, handwritten, or dictated material
  • Assist in the set-up of large company events (catering, vendors, arranging IT support)
  • Prepare and manage company related expense reports, POs, supply orders and onboard new vendors
  • Maintain company distribution lists and rosters, archive files and reference materials
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, creating detailed itineraries
  • Screen telephone calls, mail, and email in a confidential manner, using the utmost tact; record information as necessary, and notify Executive Team of required follow-up
  • Conduct research, compile reports as required
  • Act as liaison to staff, vendors, suppliers, and clients
  • Other duties as assigned


YOUR SKILLS

  • College degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field
  • 2+ years experience assisting high level executives preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning and coordination skills
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently while working in a fast-paced environment, industry experience a plus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, identify and resolve problems, handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Excellent customer service skills and consistent attention to detail
  • Display tact, diplomacy, and professionalism
  • Exercise discretion, good judgment, leadership, and decision-making ability
  • Excellent calendar management skills, including coordination of complex multiple executive meetings
  • Experience booking domestic and international travel and managing a high-volume travel calendar
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
