What a typical day as a **Patient Representative** might look like:

-Taking incoming calls from patients

-Taking 50-55 calls per day.

-Assisting with patient questions regarding balances on their accounts, collecting payments, offering financial options, reviewing explanation of benefits, medical records requests, and more.

-Using professional communication skills to resolve patient balances by offering and accepting all appropriate payment arrangements.

-Resolving unpaid accounts through patient contact, verifying demographics and insurance coverage.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

- Previous medical billing, medical insurance, or related experience.

- Electronic medical record system (EMR) software experience required.
