The Human Resources Manager has overall responsibility for effective communication across the clients organization. The ability drive, direct and plan companies HR strategy and execution across recruiting, retention (interviewing, hiring), policies and governance, budgeting, training, workforce effectiveness, and administration. The ideal candidate must be able to think strategically and possess a strong aptitude for problem solving and demonstrate strong interpersonal / communication / leadership skills.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:


A key leader in the companies HR talent pipeline, the successful candidate will demonstrate solid plant manufacturing experience along with the capacity to lead others. The role includes the development of the Human Capital Strategy to support Lean Manufacturing. Recruitment and retention, change acceleration, engagement to all levels of the workforce and acting as a challenging connected leader are all skills required of the position.


This position helps to evaluate and execute human capital strategies, standards, and practices to achieve best-in-class performance in:

Qualifications:


-Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology/Sociology or related field. Masters degree preferred


?? Relocation in pursuit of growth opportunities within OC network a must, special focus to Toledo WHQ


?? Minimum 5 years HR generalist experience in medium - large plant. Previous site HR leader experience required.


?? At least 5 years of experience in a plant operations leadership role


?? Exposure to cross-functional team leadership or participation outside of manufacturing


?? A history of hiring, growing and promoting talent within the organization


?? Experience leading direct team


?? Experience with Microsoft Office, Kronos, SAP necessary
