**$19-21/hr**

Kelly is seeking a Billing Analyst to work with our client, a global leader in payment processing solutions, on a temp-to-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference within a growing company! This position will be fully remote - candidates should reside within the Central time zone.

The Billing Analyst will:

+ Process and remit payments to clients and carriers

+ Complete refunds as needed

+ Audit and reconcile carrier invoices

+ Research discrepancies and create cases using detailed and accurate documentation

+ Serve as a contact for internal questions regarding remittance and reconciliation items

+ Manage requests in team inbox and assign to the appropriate team member

+ Reply to emails as assigned in a timely manner

+ Monitor and complete team workflows and team cases

+ Create and maintain customer information in the accounting software

+ Ensure privacy according to HIPAA

+ Communicate ideas and assist in the development of processes and procedures

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

+ Strong analytical and numeracy skills

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Keen attention to detail and proven ability to work accurately with tight deadlines

+ Solid problem-solving skills
