Coordinates and directs care of an assigned group of residents during an 8-hour shift according to physician orders and facility practices. Follows physician orders and the resident’s care plan. Provides accurate, timely documentation to support care delivery. Must hold a current license in the state of North Dakota as a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse. Must be CPR certified. IV certification highly recommended for LPN’s.

We would gladly accept RNs or LPNs for these positions. Current open shifts/openings: FT Nights or PMs, PT All Shifts.
