The EOT SWCD is taking applications for a Watershed Planner & Coordinator.
This full-time position will assist with the coordination of the comprehensive local watershed management planning and implementation efforts and activities for Otter Tail and Wadena Counties and SWCDs under the supervision of the District Manager. Qualified applicants should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Conservation and Natural Resource Management, Environmental Science, Soil Science, Soil and Water Conservation Technology or closely related field or an equivalent of education and related work experience. Previous work experience with water planning and watershed activities, meeting coordination and facilitation, grant writing, and GIS mapping and analysis is preferred. Applicants should have excellent verbal and written communication skills; and the ability to work independently with diverse clientele.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license. Application deadline is 4:00p.m. Friday, February 25, 2022.
Starting Wage: $21.73 - $29.53/Hour DOQ plus benefits package.
