Assistant Superintendent

Now hiring an Assistant Superintendent for work in Lakeville!Trillium Construction is now seeking an Assistant Site Superintendent for long-term work! The pay rate is $20-30/hr DOE. National Construction and Consulting company that specializes in the development, management, and coordination of projects. They manage everything from design and development to construction and transition. Looking for an entry level Assistant/Superintendent to handle designated areas of Remodel/addition projects in the Lakeville, MN area. Duties: ???Report to Superintendent on daily progress along with daily documentation ???Will be in charge of own aspect of project, running the crew, safety documents, running PL, planning inspections and daily documentation in Procore ???Manage field personnel including job assignments and performance appraisals. ???Determine solutions and resolve any issues during construction with the onsite foreman. ???Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members. ???Develop project schedules and forecast labor and material needs for active jobs. ???Rent or lease equipment as required per project. Will consider Superintendents as well. This is a full time first shift portion. This project goes until the end of 2021. Opportunity for more work after project completion. Preferred Qualifications: ???Construction Management degree ???Knowledge of safety requirements and experience managing safety programs. ???At least 2 years of field experience ???In-depth understanding and experience in construction process and methods ???OSHA and First Aid a plus #CBC
