Must Haves:
??? 4-year bachelor's or undergraduate degree from an accredited program / university in one of the areas: social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or related field of study.
??? 3 years of related experience including experience working in crisis intervention and case management
Plusses:
??? Graduate degree from accredited social work program / university
??? Experience working with immigrant populations and child welfare
??? Experience working with Salesforce
Day to Day:
The Case Management Specialist is responsible for using sound professional judgment and best practices to ensure quality case management services are provided to the service population especially in crisis situations while maintaining compliance with established state and federal standards.
Each Case Manager will be assigned a case load of 30-35 cases and the time to close each case will vary; some may close in 90 days, and some may take a full 8 months.
