Technical Writer

Location: Remote for now (Des Moines, Minneapolis or Charlotte after office opens up)

Requirements:

• Experience with Open Text
• Ability and experience/proficiency of procedure/process writing
• Ability to take word and pdf documents and convert them to "open text" digital procedures
• Ability to be efficient and effective and work within an overall project construct
• Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and be able to work in a self-directed way
• Preference is an understanding of B2B payments, and financial services (or another highly technical industry) is a must
