You will be the Clinical Leader for Recover Care at the Jefferson and care for clients in their own homes in the Independent Living Building. Hours are flexible and will be spent performing client assessments for starts of care, hands on nursing, and clinical oversight for HHAs and CNAs and other Nursing related tasks.

Position Schedule
  • 32-40 hours/week
  • Monday - Friday - Flexible Scheduling
The ideal candidate will be someone who wants to work 32-40 hours / week. Hours are flexible but prefer someone who can work afternoons to assist with HHA/CNA shift changes.
This is one of our biggest IL buildings but the pace of work is much less than a traditional RN in a SNF, AL or MC due to the independent nature of the clients.

Main Duties:
  • Performs client intake and all applicable comprehensive assessments and ensures accurate written plan of care within timelines established by regulation
  • Ensures all new client requirements are met and client is provided with information regarding client rights and responsibilities ?? Develops a plan of care based on comprehensive assessment and client preference that includes interventions
  • Performs periodic supervisory visits for unlicensed personnel per regulated guidelines and Recover Care policy
  • Ensures unlicensed personnel are adequately oriented to client plan of care and competent in delegated nursing tasks
  • Completes visits as scheduled and arrives on time to visits
  • Puts client preference first and promotes client independence
  • Includes client in development of care plan initiatives

  • Requirements
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • Must be able to sit, bend, or stand without restrictions and lift up to 30 pounds.
    • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the State of service as a registered nurse.
    • A minimum of one (1) years prior nursing experience.
    • Proficiency in using mobile technology
    • Ability to Multi-task and work under time constraints
    • Passion to serve the aging population, demonstrating strong customer service skills at all times
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Care or facility care (SNF/IL/AL/MC)
