- Acts as single point of contact for assigned customer portfolio
- Ensures all day to day customer related activities are dealt with in a courteous, accurate, timely manner, adhering to business standards
- Enforces successful execution of Daily Operations Cycle (improved End Customer Service Level performance and faster response to incidences)
- Maintains and increases customer loyalty, by building relationships
YOUR SKILLS
- The Customer Service Representative ensures that we meet or exceed Henkel's commitments to our customers through the efficient management of the order through invoicing processes, the effective and pro-active communication of information, and the prompt resolution of customer issues.
- By providing these services, Customer Service supports the businesses, and helps them to attain their goals and execute their marketplace strategy.
- A college degree and/or significant demonstrated experience in a customer service role.
- Experience in customer care having demonstrated a commitment to customer loyalty, advocacy, engagement, and retention.
- Advanced knowledge of EDI related transactions and issue resolution desired.
- Experience with SAP desired.
- High aptitude in Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing strategies.
- Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively respond to customer's requests or explain solutions to complaints/issues.
