WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:
$90,000 - $125,000 base salary (depending on experience) plus bonus and ESOP

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Provide leadership and strategic guidance to the Agricultural and Commercial Lending team.
Lead team to meet sales goals while maintaining a positive team atmosphere and culture.
Ensure team has necessary training, knowledge, and tools to provide customers with high-quality and professional services.
Be involved in and support the community.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Management / leadership experience.
Agriculture and Commercial lending experience.
Solid business development, people development, analytical, and credit skills.
Ability to communicate with clients, staff, and coworkers/management in a professional, personable, and confidential manner.
