Pentair is currently seeking a Operations Finance Manager to join our team at one of our locations in Brookfield, WI, or Golden Valley, MN. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the review of month-end consolidated financials and be active in monthly outlooks, quarterly forecasts, and the annual plan submission.
You will:
* Be the strategic finance partner to the operations, plant, and supply leaders, along with the general manager and product management.
* Manage consolidation for all Water Treatment Products manufacturing plants globally including financial results for actuals, outlooks, quarterly forecasts, and the annual plan.
* Deliver accurate month/quarter forecasts and an annual budget for the North American sites while partnering with plant management.
* Actively participate and complete in-depth financial reviews and report out to management, partnering with the controlling team to ensure accuracy of monthly results.
* Manage the global capital budget and lead monthly capital calls: summarize global results and track towards the global capital budget, while also supporting the preparation and financial justification of capital expenditure requests.
* Support the quality improvement process: partner with product management and quality operations management and provide an understanding of metrics and results report out.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
* 7+ years of Financial Planning and Analysis, Operations Finance, or Corporate Finance.
* 3+ years supporting operations
* Be able to travel up to 25% to other company sites or attend offsite training as needed.
