Now hiring an Aerial Foreman for direct-hire!Trillium Construction is now seeking an Aerial Foreman for direct-hire placement in the St. Paul area! Work will be in St. Paul, MN with some travel required. The annual salary is $75,000-100,000 DOE. Duties: ???Working Knowledge of established aerial cable installation procedures and techniques. ???Ability to climb telephone poles and work in a bucket truck and work aloft and climb poles up to 40 feet. ???Able to perform all duties in telecommunications construction (such as; pole transfers, maintenance builds, new build, cable installation, over lash, and strand construction) ???General knowledge and ability to identify and use basic hand tools. ???Promote and work in a team environment to achieve desired objectives. ???Able to observe, analyze, and take appropriate action to identify and correct potential workplace safety issues, hazardous behaviors, and other areas of potential risk. ???Must be able to listen to and follow directions given, while assessing situations at hand and verbalizing any associated risks 40% travel. $30/day per diem plus hotel and travel costs. Most work around twin cities but when traveling 3-10 days at most. Company provides health care benefits, 401k and matching, PTO.
