At Genoa Telepsychiatry, a division of Optum, we increase access to behavioral healthcare in underserved communities across the U.S. by building telepsychiatry programs that connect patients with psychiatrists & APRNs remotely. Genoa Telepsychiatry is a leading outpatient telepsychiatry community with programs in over 35 states providing nearly 250,000+ appointments annually. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Complete facility credentialing and payor enrollments for providers
  • Support Quality ansd Compliance
  • Clearly communicate updates and action items to providers and internal team members
  • Demonstrate process building and problem solving to improve the credentialing function
  • Contribute to team projects and OKR's (objectives & key results) as applicable
  • Be part of a team that is ever-changing and hard-working!

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher)
  • 2+ years of experience in a provider credentialing or payor enrollment role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Willing to travel to NYC for meetings/conference twice a year
  • Telehealth Experience
  • Familiarity with CAQH, CVOs or other credentialing tools
  • Experience working with Medicaid and/or Medicare offices
  • Knowledge of provider state licensing applications

Telecommuting Requirements:

  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $25.63 to $45.72. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $28.27 to $50.29. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
