This position is full - time (up to 40 hours / week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work an 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. Our office is located at 3237 Airport Road La Crosse, WI 54603.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• Ability to create, copy, edit, send and save documents, spreadsheets and correspondence using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
• Provide on - call phone support at night and on weekends within a rotation schedule
• Willingness to travel up to 10 percent of weekends in support of on - location events
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership role with the ability to lead and direct others to achieve or exceed individual and organizational goals and objectives
• Knowledge of safety standards in a warehouse environment
• Forklift certification
• Knowledge of cold chain management
• Database experience
• National Career Readiness Certificate

• Possess strong organizational skills and knowledge of inventory management and processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrate time management skills and the ability to prioritize daily work tasks and forecasted business objectives
• Ability to analyze and resolve moderate to high level problems
• Ability to work in a fast past environment and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to adapt to changing business requirements
• Effectively lead a team to meet business objectives while promoting a positive work environment
• Promote LHI Culture

Physical and Work Environment:

• Ability to work on your feet all day and lift up to 35 pounds on regular basis
