The Capital Markets Accounting Operations group (CMAO) in the Controllers Division of Corporate Finance is responsible for the settlement, clearing, custody, accounting and regulatory reporting for securities within the available-for-sale and held-to-maturity investment portfolios, as well as the Wells Fargo funding products (debt). CMAO is responsible for the maintenance, control and data integrity of the related accounting systems of record.

This Analytics Consultant role is on the Change Management team within the CMAO Systems Team. This team is responsible for executing projects to improve the effectiveness of the finance systems used within CMAO. Projects include legacy platform replacements, new product development, and technology upgrades. This is more of a business analyst role than just a system/application development position, accordingly Accounting and/or Finance experience is preferred, in addition to traditional Change Management experience.
