Role: Regulatory Affairs Coordinator

Location: Red Wing, MN Remote - 100% telecommute long-term. Must be local to MN

Organization: Fortune 500 - An innovative technology company, which manufactures industrial, safety and consumer products

Length: Long-term renewable contract

Compensation: $52,000 - $56,000 range depending on experience, qualifications, certifications, etc.

Regulatory Affairs Coordinator

Maintain and manage regulatory product certification data, databases, documentation systems. Provide high-level support to regulatory team, ensure accurate data entries, database management. Facilitate the collection, storage, analysis, reporting, and metric tracking. Retrieve data from different sources with high level accuracy, assess, interpret, and analyze the data for reporting.
  • Maintain clear, concise documentation of all steps taken in multiple systems, ensuring accuracy of data
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately perform a wide range of procedures
  • Creative and able to be flexible in daily activities, change priorities and coordinate multiple tasks
  • Enters information into databases and coordinates database maintenance to keep information up to date. Processes data change requests and may modify information in related spreadsheet files.
  • Communicates data and timing concerns as needed.
  • Ensures data accuracy. Resolves data discrepancies through determining the source of the inconsistency and tracking issues to resolution.
  • Experience maintaining large amounts of complex data and ensuring and control data integrity
  • Updating regulatory certification documentation in appropriate databases. This may include standards, specifications, test reports, product labels, claims, etc.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel with understanding of Macros, strong data entry skills, and database management
