The HR Care Manager position collaborates with the Global HR Care Manager and internal and external team to drive results and ensure delivery of exceptional service for the MGS HR Advisor Program. This is a mission-driven, global financial platform company that gives everyone the opportunity to prosper. In this role, you join a high energy and collaborative team that provides end-to-end HR support to our global workforce for all their HR needs. This is a full-time remote position and you must have flexibility for hours worked across multiple time zones (PST, EST, CT) based on scheduling needs.


**Essential Functions**


+ Leverage knowledge and experience to build and maintain a high performing team of HR Generalists through day-day direction, coaching, recognition, recruiting and onboarding, and balancing teams and individual goals


+ Lead all Talent Acquisition activities for the HR Connect Channel Support team in order to identify, recruit, and engage top talent.


+ Manage, inspire, and lead delivery experience to our customers, throughout all levels of the organization, through multiple support channels, including chat/phones/cases, self-help channels, and content creation.


+ Partners with Sr. leadership on Performance Analytic and Reporting & Insights, gathering and collating customer insights from the support experience to provide actionable recommendations. Continuously collects and reports data that enables fast, educated actions.


+ Partners with Sr. leadership to engage effectively across People and Places to contribute to employee experience improvement and eliminate customer pain.


+ Leads and evolves a customer improvement mindset across the team to ensure that we are always ahead of the game in the way that we design new experiences for our customers.


+ Maintains and ensures budgetary compliance and accuracy as it applies to the outside service provider contract. Partners with Sr. leadership to offer solutions for identified staffing gap analysis and budgetary constraints.


+ Set, align and oversee the execution of program specific benchmarks and KPIs. Responsible for creation and reporting of program performance metrics and appropriate performance management for the program.


+ Leads service recovery efforts to solve for customers and deliver an experience so profound that customers are delighted and feel deeply connected.


Qualifications


+ 3+ years of experience leading HR teams


+ Associates Degree or equivalent experience


+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to learn Intuit products and technology


+ Demonstrated results-oriented leadership skills and experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams


+ Excellent communication skills, inspiring confidence while leading customers through the steps to resolve issues


+ Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications


+ Bachelor's degree


+ SHRM/HRCI Certification


+ Previous experience in customer service/call center environment


+ Previous experience leading Global teams

Salary: 82,500 - 137,500


Incentive (if applicable): Annual Scorecard; Target Incentive of 15% of Salary
