Construction Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our client, a growing Building Materials company in the greater Milwaukee area. The position comes with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Duties:

• Oversee the entire construction process and ensure completion according to client specifications
• Plan and monitor construction activities for workforce throughout project
• Responsible for project financials, contracts and documentation
• Act as the company liaison for the customer
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum High School diploma; Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• 5+ years managing Construction projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience with Project Management software, MRP and/or ERP system desired
• Must be able to pass a drug background check
