Job Details
As a Treasury Analyst, you will support the Treasury Operations function within the company’s North America Treasury Department. Particular responsibilities may include cash management, liquidity projections, treasury operations, cash accounting, short-term investing and payments.
Role & Responsibility
- Set daily cash position using information reporting from various banking applications using Treasury Workstation
- Execute and initiate wire transfers and other funding necessary to daily cash position
- Release weekly accounts payable files to bank and reconcile against bank reports
- Perform daily reconciliation of concentration accounts
- Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts related to check disbursements and HQ electronic payments to be submitted to Accounting for review
- Prepare and distribute daily global cash reports
- Control monthly global cash flow forecast operating system and support Treasurer in reparation of cash forecast
- Monitor outstanding check list and coordinate with Accounts Payable for resolution (escheatment)
- In manager’s absence, handle requests/inquiries/tasks or forward to appropriate individual for action
- Perform various other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree - Accounting, Finance, or Business Management
- 2+ years' relevant experience preferred
- Experience with third party audit requests preferred
- Knowledge of banking and cash management products
- Knowledge of processes of U.S. financial institutions and Federal Reserve
- Knowledge and use of electronic banking systems along with Treasury Management system software. Oracle/SAP experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills; must be able to interface with all levels of personnel globally, including all operating units and corporate staff
- Effective administrative and organizational skills; strong attention to detail and must be comfortable working with numbers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; strong skills in Excel
- Excellent time management skills, and ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines and internal

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?
•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
•The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
•Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on-the-job and classroom training. General instructions are given on recurring duties, operations and assignments; detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations and assignments.
