**Our Client is expanding and currently seeks an**


**IT TECHNICAL WRITER**


**for a 3 month assignment with possible extensions!!**


**Leverage your TECHNICAL WRITING and DOCUMENTATION experience**

**Location: (REMOTE- WORK CENTRAL TIME ZONE)**


**Responsibilities:**


??? Use working knowledge of Technical Communications concepts, regulatory issues, product specifications, and customer specifications to revise technical


or instructional documentation.


??? This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company


documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes related to the site).


??? Work under direction/guidance from senior technical writers on labeling projects or independently as needed.


??? Proof and prepare artwork for other team members and for labeling supplier.


??? Revise existing labeling to correspond with product changes. Ensure labeling is reviewed and approved according to company policies and procedures.


??? Provide approved (based on current BOMs) labeling pdf files to various departments as requested.


??? Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.


??? Coordinate the development of domestic and international labeling for various products.


**Requirements:**


??? Minimum of 1-3 years technical writing experience.


??? Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, Creative Suite (i.e. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), and other basic computer software/hardware.


??? Diligence in meeting tight deadlines.


??? Strong organizational skills.


??? Excellent verbal communications, written communications, and editing skills.


??? Experience in regulated industry or medical device industry preferred.


??? Experience with EU MDR requirements preferred.


??? Bachelor's degree in Business, Journalism, English or Technical Communications or equivalent education and work experience.


??? Ability to learn and apply medical device regulations as they relate to labeling requirements for products.


??? Ability to propose and implement creative approaches to the communication of technical information.


??? Ability to work both independently and cooperatively with a team.


??? Ability to interpret technical and clinical information (product design specifications, current clinical and medical used for


therapies and procedures) and translate it into customer-oriented materials.


??? Ability to handle and work under stressful situations.


**Education:** Bachelor's Degree **_or_** equivalent work experience.

+ **MUST be able to work without sponsorship or VISA transfer for this position.**
