Responsibilities

Assess explanation of benefits (EOBs) from insurance companies, patients and government agencies and deliver payments accordingly- Post patient payments to the appropriate line item charge

Posts account adjustments quickly while maintaining data integrity Requirements - Proven knowledge of explanation of benefits (EOBs)

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications

- Previous experience with a practice management system preferred

- High School diploma or equivalent required

- Payment Processing experience

- Comprehensive knowledge of Medical Payment Poster

- Minimum of 1 year payment posting or medical billing experience
