This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician or Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 6:30a-1:30p. Tuesday and Thursday 10a-6p.
• Job Setting: Outpatient
• Types of Cases: General Primary Care
• Credentialing Timeframe: 3-5 days
• Must have an active Wisconsin state license
• Coverage Dates: January 24th - March 18th, possibility of extension
