Kelly Services in partnership with our customer in the greater Chippewa Valley area is seeking qualified candidates for a **Human Resources Business Partner** role within a large manufacturing organization. This is a direct hire opportunity - you will be hired by client organization on day number one and eligible for company benefits.

**Job Details:**

Hours: Monday-Friday Standard Business Hours

Pay: $65,000-70,000 based on skills and experience

Benefits: Full Benefit Package including medical, dental, life insurances, paid time off, etc.

**Job Duties:**

_Recruiting_ -

+ Source qualified candidates for hourly and salaried roles across the organization

+ Development and execution of strategies to market job/position opportunities and build candidate pipelines

+ Manage partnerships with recruitment partners, agencies, external recruiters, advertising firms and government agencies

+ Participation in recruiting events such as job fairs (in-person and virtual) with local educational facilities or offered by community partners

+ Develop proactive recruiting strategies for hard to fill positions

_Selection_ -

+ Partnership with leaders across the organization to develop strategies to ensure positive experience for candidates

+ Provide leadership to hiring managers throughout the selection process and employee onboarding

_Talent Retention -_

+ Partnership with leadership and hiring managers to develop and produce retention strategies that can be replicated across the organization to ensure an engaging talent onboarding experience within the first 90 days and beyond

+ Develop tracking strategies for activities within in sourcing/recruiting, onboarding, talent retention

+ Provide visibility of yourself and HR Team to employees at all levels of the organization, continue to build rapport with each employee to encourage communication and engagement

**Job Qualifications:**

+ Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or equivalent tracking tool

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products

+ High School Diploma Required - Associate Degree or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred but not required

+ Experience creating and/or working with community partnerships to create candidate interest and build pipelines is preferred

+ Previous experience creating, leading, or managing employee onboarding programs or tools

+ Approachable, skills to quickly establish rapport across all candidate/employee roles - respectful, shares information freely in all directions
