About our group:&  . We have a unique opportunity for a motivated Contract and Finance Sr. Program/Project Manager supporting the Workplace Services Global Program Team as part of the Workplace Services organization which consists of Global Facilities, Global Real Estate, and Global Environment, Health, Safety, and Occupational Health. In this role you will be providing a wide range of contract and financial support enabling Workplace Services to provide employees (and some non-employees) with the right work environment (physical, technological, and organizational) at the right time and the right place for the right cost, enabling the Company to achieve its business goals. About the role - you will:&  : Assist Workplace Services (WPS) requestors in drafting Statement of Work, Scope of Work, and specification for all Workplace Services departments (Global Facilities, Real Estate, Environmental, Health Safety/Occupational Health) required equipment, services, and projects. Work closely with Legal to process Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA&rsquos), Independent Contractor Agreements (ICAS), Statement of Works (SOW&rsquos), miscellaneous Agreements and review quote terms and conditions. Collect data, prepares reports, and ensures all financial and contractual processes comply with Seagate policies and procedures such as, but not limited to, Delegation of Authority, Purchasing Transactions, Competitive Sourcing for Indirect Materials, and Services, etc. Interface with Indirect Commodity Management and Procurement-related sourcing, documentation, and PO placement in support of WPS sourcing efforts. Prepare financial and variance reports on a regular set schedule (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.) for all WPS departments budget worksheets, budget versus actual reports, headcount analysis and updates, accruals, capital expenses, etc. Interface with Finance Planning and Analysis staff regarding various financial reports, balancing activities, and resolving variances. Manage the activities for the contract and financial administrative function. Design and develop procedures, process flows and instructions for the contract and financial function supporting WPS. Report financial and contract results to various levels of management in accordance with policies and procedures. Assist all WPS departments in budgeting for expenditures for both capital and expense items. Establish project objectives and deliverables: develop project plan and organize work. Keep project sponsor and stakeholders informed timely via reports, presentations and/or other communication.  . About you:&  : Ability to draft and compile general business written correspondence to internal Seagate employees and outside suppliers. Ability to work cross-functionally both verbally and in writing related to defining requirements, assessing documentation needs, and assisting with final execution of documentation. Ability to summarize data and formatting in presentation form. Assertive, good verbal communicator, ability to compose and write e-mails to internal Seagate employees and outsourced suppliers. Team player relates well to others builds rapport builds constructive and effective relationships uses diplomacy and tact. Process oriented detail oriented ability to multi-task good follow-thru good planner sets objectives and goals breaks down work into process steps. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills  . Ability to work with little supervision. Your experience includes:&  : Contract documentation such as writing specifications, defining requirements, etc. Analyzing budget versus actual expenditures and department spending trends. Highly experienced user Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft communication tools effectively. Budgeting, financial management, and accounting processes such as accruals, budgeting, forecasting, journal entries, etc. Demonstrated project management experience. Location:&  .
