Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

While we're based out of the Minneapolis Twin Cities region, we build projects across the lower 48 United States. Job Details

** MODULAR EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED - MUST HAVE GC & SELF PERFORM EXPERIENCE **

• Provide required project cost deliverables within the required timeframe
• Assist in developing provisional scopes for concept cost estimates
• Compile material take offs for modular manufacturing and site construction (Modular and GC scope)
• Develop project cost estimates for modular manufacturing and Site Construction (Modular and GC scope) with breakdowns according to internal cost divisions
• Develop project cost estimate in collaboration with design team during the design development phase of the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with design team to define and implement value engineering measures to ensure delivery of a cost-effective design
• Compile project specific cost qualifications for contracting purposes
• Assist with project buyout of long lead items/subcontracts where necessary
• Conduct retrospective cost reviews of executed contracts to compile and maintain historical costs on site construction for use on future cost estimates
• Compile and prepare budget for project managers for tracking purposes once project is under contract
