Position Responsibilities

Configure and support packaged applications based on business requirements.

Document technical specifications to support applications.

Develop test plans and perform unit testing.

Build, test, implement and maintain integrations with other applications.

Evaluate new software versions and plan for upgrades.

Assist with administrative tasks such as upgrades, patches and general best practices.

Provide on-call support.

Triage problems and resolve issues

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree.

4+ years experience.

Workday Integrations Certification preferred.

Familiarity with SQL / RDBMS and Sharepoint.

Familiarity with at least one programming language preferred.

Extensive experience in designing, developing, and troubleshooting inbound / outbound integrations using Core Connectors, EIB's and Workday Studio.

Proficient in functional areas of Workday HCM (Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Onboarding, Personal Data, Recruiting, Talent etc.).

Extensive experience with Workday Report Writing - Custom Reporting (Standard, Advanced and Matrix Reports).

Experience in Edit Tenant setup related configuration for Global, HCM, System, Security, Worklets, Business Processes, Notifications, Integrations, Reporting and Analytics.

Experience in adding custom validations on Workday Business Processes.
