Diocese of Crookston
The Diocese of Crookston, under the leadership of Bishop Andrew Cozzens, is seeking a Catholic to serve as a Pastoral Associate in the Office of Formation in Discipleship. This person will serve on a team with the Director of the Office and the Formator for Discipleship. Ministry will involve advancing the mission of the Office by forming disciples to reach others for Christ. This will include working with priests, deacons, diocesan and parish staff, and lay Catholics. This person will be involved with youth ministry, family and marriage evangelization, and adult evangelization. Primary duties will be focused on youth events, pre-marriage and post-marriage formation, respect life, and adult evangelization. This is a full-time benefit eligible position based in the Diocesan Pastoral Center in Crookston, Minnesota. Applicants should be a practicing Catholic, motivated to engage in the New Evangelization as articulated in the Joy of the Gospel, have a bachelor’s degree and a history of active participation in the life of the Church.
